Regular Mail Flat shipping and handling charge of US$4.99 applies to all orders shipped globally, including US, Canada, UK, etc. Orders will be shipped from overseas factory, and the normal delivery time is 5-9 business days. Due to variation of postal service in different areas, some areas may take a little longer. For other country's we will ship by DHL/TNT/FEDEX/EMS, Telkomshop will chose the fastest way for you. For some country's the shipping cost are already include in the price, for this please see your check out order form. We strongly advice to take insurance on your shipping, for this also see your check out order form. Telkomshop ships to almost all country's therefore we cant take any responsibility for any local taxes, import fee's, extra fee's of the shipping company for remote areas. FedEx Priority Delivery Service FedEx priority delivery service is US$17.99 per order. Delivery time is about 2 days. This service is available for the following countries: United States Continental and Canada (except Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Northern Mariana Islands). This is not available for any P.O. Box address. All you have to do is to contact our customer support representative at sales@telkomshop.com to obtain a Return Authorization "RA", and the address for return. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returning products must remain intact with original packaging. Original invoice must be included in the return package. Refunds will only be issued to the credit card used for original purchase. No Resale of the Service or the Client. All our hardware electronics come with a 1 year warranty for proper use as the manufacturer describes. If the electronics are broken within in warranty period, they can be returned to our service center for repair. For future information please contact our sale department. Indemnification. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Telkom Shop ., and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any third-party claim arising from or in any way related to your use of the Products, including any liability or expense arising from all claims, losses, damages (actual and consequential), suits, judgments, litigation costs and attorneys' fees, of every kind and nature. In such a case, Telkom Shop . will provide you with written notice of such claim, suit or action. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Telkom Shop . and governs your use of the Telkom Shop Products, superseding any prior agreements between you and Telkom Shop .
